RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, email me at plussizebohochick@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out together.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, please email me a photo within 30 days of delivery. I'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You don't need to post anything back.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No problem. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to let me know. You can choose either:

• A 25% partial refund, and you keep the item, or
• - A full refund of the item price once the item is returned. I'll email you the return address. Return postage is paid by you, and the item needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Please email me before posting anything back. Items returned without contacting me first can't be accepted.

REFUNDS

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of being approved. If yours hasn't appeared after 15 business days, let me know and I'll chase it.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can be returned if they are faulty, but not for change of mind.
